“Israel: It’s all about the People” is a sophisticated interactive audiovisual environment, where visitors could experience the miracle of modern Israel and “meet” the people who contributed to its establishment. The exhibition utilizes a colorful mosaic of Israeli people and seminal events and tells the story of modern Israel through the lens of those individuals who initiated, participated and witnessed momentous events in modern Israeli history. As a teaching tool, the exhibition was designed to provide capabilities to entrance a class like no classroom could. The ability to isolate specific data categories for a particular class is built into the capabilities of the program. For example, if a teacher wishes to teach a class only on Israel’s Founding Fathers, he/she may adjust the program to focus solely on that subject area.
